Terms of use
Rules for accessing the Fieldmoth website, using its materials and submitting requests.
1. Owner and purpose
The personal data controller and website owner is Andrey Andreyevich Shtanbrays (Штанбрайс Андрей Андреевич), an individual based in Russia operating the independent studio Fieldmoth. Contact: info@fieldmoth.space. Fieldmoth is the studio name and is not a separate legal entity. The website presents the studio's services, approach and portfolio and allows you to make an enquiry. These terms govern use of the website and do not replace a design or development services agreement.
2. Requests and agreements
Submitting a form does not place an order, reserve a delivery date or create a payment obligation. Price, scope, milestones, rights in deliverables and payment terms are agreed separately in a contract. Service descriptions and case studies are informational and do not constitute a public offer under Article 437 of the Russian Civil Code unless a particular document expressly states otherwise.
3. Permitted use
You may browse the website and submit enquiries relevant to the studio's work. You must not disrupt the site, bypass access controls, attempt to access another person's requests or accounts, send spam, upload malicious files or use the forms for unlawful activity. Automated requests must not create excessive load or bypass stated restrictions.
4. Intellectual property
Text, design, code, images, video, graphics and interactive scenes are protected by applicable law and belong to their respective rights holders. Displaying a project in the portfolio does not transfer its rights to visitors. You may share a link to a public page and quote material to the extent permitted by law with attribution. Copying designs, commercial use and distribution beyond lawful exceptions require the rights holder's permission.
5. Your information and files
Provide valid contact details and only information and files you are authorised to submit for consideration. Do not send third-party personal data without a lawful basis, trade secrets before agreeing confidentiality arrangements, or unnecessary sensitive details. You retain rights in your materials and permit their use only as needed to respond and prepare a proposal. A submission does not grant permission to publish your materials.
6. Cabinet and security
Access to cabinet.fieldmoth.space is by invitation. Keep your password confidential, do not share your session and report suspected unauthorised access to info@fieldmoth.space. Access may be restricted for rule violations or to protect data, taking existing contractual obligations into account.
7. Availability and external services
We maintain the website, but maintenance, updates and device or network limitations may temporarily affect availability or playback of 3D and video. External websites and services have their own rules; we do not guarantee their availability or contents. These terms do not exclude liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Data, updates and disputes
Personal data is processed under the Privacy policy and the separate form consent; cookies follow the Cookie policy and your choice. Data consent does not accept a services contract. The current terms apply from the date stated here; website updates do not change existing contracts. Send questions and complaints to info@fieldmoth.space. Russian law applies subject to mandatory user rights and jurisdiction rules under applicable law.
