Consent to personal data processing

Separate consent for submitting a project request or brief to Fieldmoth.

1. Recipient of consent

The personal data controller and website owner is Andrey Andreyevich Shtanbrays (Штанбрайс Андрей Андреевич), an individual based in Russia operating the independent studio Fieldmoth. Contact: info@fieldmoth.space. Fieldmoth is the studio name and is not a separate legal entity.

2. Giving consent

By completing the form on fieldmoth.space, I freely and knowingly consent to the above controller processing my personal data. Consent is expressed by a separate checkbox that is not selected in advance and by submitting the form. Visiting the website, using cookies or accepting the Terms of use does not substitute for this consent.

3. Purpose and data

The purpose is to consider my request, contact me, clarify requirements and prepare a project proposal. Consent covers my name and email and any voluntarily supplied company, Telegram contact, links, project description, goals, stage, timeline, budget and information in attached files. Technical form security data and the fact, time, language and version of consent are also recorded. I do not submit sensitive categories or biometric data, as they are not needed for this purpose.

4. Processing and recipients

I permit collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, correction, retrieval, use, necessary restricted access, blocking, deletion and destruction by automated and non-automated means. Authorised people handling my enquiry and technical providers may receive necessary access. Email delivery uses Resend and email providers, including infrastructure outside Russia, subject to applicable transfer requirements. This consent does not permit data sales, marketing mailings or publication of my request.

5. Duration and withdrawal

Consent takes effect on form submission and lasts until the request and related correspondence are concluded or consent is withdrawn. I can withdraw by emailing info@fieldmoth.space with the subject 'Withdraw consent' and my request email or reference. The controller stops processing and deletes data within the periods required by Article 21 of Law No. 152-FZ unless another lawful basis supports retention or use. Withdrawal does not undo prior lawful processing.

6. Rights and separate permissions

I can request information, correction, blocking or deletion where provided by law. The procedure is described in the Privacy policy. This consent does not authorise public dissemination, marketing or additional browser storage; any such permissions are requested separately if needed. The consent version and submission date are recorded with the request.
